Sources & licences

global-weather.net only shows freely usable data from official weather services and public institutions. The data is cached on our server for a few minutes, so that each source is queried only rarely, no matter how many people view the map.

We only convert values into common units (e.g. knots to km/h, inHg to hPa, m/s to km/h) and display them in a different format. Optionally they can be shown in imperial units (°F, mph, inHg, in). The data itself is not changed.

The data providers do not support or endorse this website.
